The PLUS control unit features a functional and intuitive graphic interface, with visual representation of the alarms and reset instructions

Integrated with the print apply it allows the operator to use a single touch screen panel to manage both the application functions (AIR) and the print functions (AIR, VALUE and POWER KIT) including speed and thermal transfer temperature.
The "labeller" part and print module are integrated and connectable in Ethernet LAN through a sole network point (2 IP addresses)

PLUS includes a powerful latest generation industrial PC with a 6.4" colour LCD screen and Windows XP Embedded operating system

The PC can host additional applications, such as those employed for configuring scanners, or other customised programs, such as for collecting production data

PLUS can also be installed at any time on AIR and POWER print apply units, as well as on all Series 2000 labellers

Thanks to the preinstalled PRINT ONLY software module, PLUS allows the line operator to:

• freely recall labels to be printed, among those made available by the company
• manage label layout variables
• preview label graphics
• automatically select the last printed label on start-up

A PLUS control unit can manage up to two different printers; typically for two print apply units in no-stop configuration or installed on adjacent lines
